Danny Ozment

Danny Ozment is the creator of Fund What You Love, a patronage site that allows supporters to donate small amounts to artists, ensembles, and charities on a recurring basis. He is also owner of Emerald City Productions, a full-service recording studio in Nashville. Danny is an experienced producer and engineer in all genres and specializes in the recording, production, and coaching of vocal music.
Danny attended James Madison University where he earned a bachelors degree in voice and a masters degree in choral conducting and also spent time as a percussion major. Before opening Emerald City Productions, he was assistant conductor of the Master Chorale of Washington, director of outreach at the Cathedral Choral Society, and contracted and prepared choirs for the National Symphony Orchestra at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Wolf Trap. He has worked for the network television a cappella competition The Sing Off (USA, Holland, and France) and his clients include the King's Singers, Voces8, Amarcord, Apollo5, the Songmen, and YouTube sensation Peter Hollens. Danny is a past member of the CASA (the Contemporary A Cappella Society) board of directors and is a regular teacher at vocal and choral festivals around the world.
Danny's engineering, editing, and mixing contributions can be found on 40 CARA nominated songs, EPs, or albums and on 11 compilation albums.
