Enhance Your Experience (Optional Add-Ons)  

Preconference In-Depth Sessions 

Get the most out of your Conference experience by taking part in one of these intensive, three-hour preconference seminars on Wednesday afternoon. Topics include Bold Brand Breakthrough, Reimagining Governance: Beyond Robert's Rules, Applying Decolonizing and Antiracist Approaches to Educational Partnerships, and Taking the Fear Out of Asking for Money.

In-Depth Seminars are separately ticketed events for a $100 fee. They take place on Wednesday, June 4th, from 9:30am-5:30 pm, before the full Conference begins.

Discounts

Student Rate: Students who register at the student rate of $150 are asked to volunteer for approximately 3 hours over the course of the conference. Volunteer tasks range from help with our registration desk to concert support. Email karyn@chorusamerica.org with any questions.

Group Discounts: The value of Conference multiplies when you bring multiple colleagues from your organization! We welcome choruses to bring groups to learn and experience Conference together. A 10% group discount will be available for organizations bringing 5 or more people to the full Conference. Contact Casey Cook at casey@chorusamerica.org for more details.

Photography and Video during Conference 

Please be aware that by participating, you are authorizing Chorus America the right and permission to record video and audio. Further, you authorize Chorus America and its employees, agents, and assigns to use your photograph, voice, or other likeness for purposes related to the mission of Chorus America, including but not limited to publicity, marketing, websites, other electronic forms of media, and promotion of Chorus America and its various programs. Such use will not entitle you to any credit or compensation. You release Chorus America, its officers, and employees from any liability connected with the use of any image, photograph, or recording taken during Chorus America’s Conference. 

Health and Safety 

Chorus America is committed to fostering a safe and healthy environment for all conference attendees. We encourage participants to take the measures they feel are necessary to protect their health and the well-being of others. These may include staying up to date on preventive care, wearing a mask if it feels appropriate, or testing prior to attendance if you have any concerns about your health.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy 

A $100 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. All requests must be made in writing via email to casey@chorusamerica.org. 

Cancellation details: Requests received before May 22, 2025 will receive a refund on all registration and event fees, minus the $100 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 22, 2025. 

Substitution details: Registrants who are no longer able to attend the meeting may request a substitution by submitting their request in writing via email to casey@chorusamerica.org. The substitute must be from the same organization. The original registration rate and any event tickets purchased will transfer to the new attendee.
