Sessions from the April Online Event will be available to watch (or re-watch) on replay. Extended access to replays is included for both Online Only and Full Conference registrants until August 1.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
We are mindful that travel and event decisions are complicated with COVID-19 still a factor in our lives, and we have designed our cancellation and substitution policy to allow the greatest flexibility we can offer. We sincerely appreciate the thoughtfulness that goes into your consideration of attending our 2022 Conference.
Transfers. All registrations (excepting scholarship registrations), both for the Online Event Only and Full Conference, are fully transferable. To transfer a registration, please contact Casey Cook at least (7) days before the event in question.
Online Event Only sales final. Registrations for the Online Event Only cannot be refunded. If you are unable to attend any portion of the Online Event live on April 7-8, replays of all sessions will be available for unlimited viewing until August 1. (Or, see our transfer policy above.)
Full Conference – Refunds for In-Person Event. If you wish to cancel a registration for the Full Conference, you will retain full access to all Online Event sessions and replays and receive a refund of $250. All cancellations must be requested in writing via email; please contact Casey Cook. Cancellations will be refunded within two weeks of the In-Person Event’s end.
No credits available. We are not able to offer credit for future Conferences or other Chorus America programs.
Photography and Video during Conference
By registering for and attending Chorus America’s Conference, you grant Chorus America and its authorized representatives permission to film, photograph, or otherwise record your participation in the event. You further agree that such images, photographs, and recordings may be used by Chorus America without your prior approval in any form and for any lawful purpose including, without limitation, promoting Chorus America. Such use will not entitle you to any credit or compensation. You release Chorus America, its officers, and employees from any liability connected with the use of any image, photograph, or recording taken during Chorus America’s Conference.
Chorus America is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming Conference experience for everyone. When registering, all participants must agree to abide by our Participant Guidelines.
