Clear COVID-19 safety protocols are essential to making our 2022 Conference In-Person Event a safe and joyful space for us to gather. Our goals are that attendees will know what protocols to expect, will feel comfortable gathering, and will stay safe and healthy. As public health conditions and guidelines continue to evolve, we will follow developments closely and keep our community updated.
Vaccinations and boosters are required to participate in the Chorus America Conference In-Person Event, and registrants will be asked to provide valid proof of vaccination and booster.* At this time, masks will be required in all shared spaces.
Conference registrants will verify their vaccination status prior to arriving at the Conference through our vaccination tracking platform, CrowdPass. All registrants will receive more information via email the week prior to the Conference about submitting their proof of vaccination through CrowdPass. When submitting proof of vaccination, registrants will also answer health screening questions and agree to a waiver of liability.
*Attendees with a medical or religious exemption from the vaccine requirement will have the option to submit a negative COVID-19 test. For any questions, please email membership@chorusamerica.org. Chorus America will supply rapid COVID tests for daily submission for attendees with medical or religious exemptions.
Concerts taking place as part of Chorus America’s Conference are free and open to the public. In accordance with Conference guidelines, concert attendees must be vaccinated, boosted, and wear a well-fitting mask covering their nose and mouth while inside the concert venues. Proof of vaccination may be provided at concert venues in either of two ways:
We will continue to follow CDC guidance and will honor the COVID-19 mandates for our Conference host city of Baltimore as well as any mandates in place for specific Conference venues. You can find information about COVID-19 and visiting Baltimore here.
If you have questions about our Conference health and safety guidelines, check our Health and Safety FAQs to see if they are answered there.
